1. Bribery Bakery

If you’re craving a sweet treat or a preppy cocktail head over to Bribery Bakery in their original location in Mueller. Daily, you will find a wide variety of fresh baked sweets, French macaroons breads, sandwiches, quiches, and of course, cocktails that are sure to tickle you pink, like much of their decor. The aura is very  “afternoon-tea-for-city-girl” vibe, but is also very kid friendly and welcoming to anyone who passes by!

2. Snooze AM

If you’re craving more of a breakfast for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, head over to Snooze AM diner. This Denver based diner just opened up its newest location in Austin for only the most passionate of breakfast food people. From their cream filled “OMG French Toast” to their famous daily pancake specials, make sure to head over to their south or north lamar location as soon as they open as they are not keen on taking reservations due to popularity.

This detoxifying and rejuvenating drink has activated charcoal in it to help clean out your system and extract heavy metals that may be found in your body.

4. Sugar Mama

This dessert parlor, specializing in specialty cakes,cupcakes,cookies,brownies, and more, is so famous that Kanye west, a famous hip-hop artist, record producer and occasional actor, had his birthday specially made by Sugar Mama in the original Austin,TX location. Their cakes are usually always topped with their signature buttercream icing that is always thick and fluffy but sweet to the taste.

5. Josephine House

This trendy cottage turned stylish yet casual restaurant offers seasonal New American dining. Offering gourmet salads, steaks, seafood, and brunch specials, Josephine House will sure impress the trendiest of guests. From their all white interior, to the granite counter tops, to the secret dining bungalows in the back, every picture ,memory, or food item served here is one of high quality.

6. G’Raj Mahal

This brick-&-mortar  former food truck serves Indian fare in the heart of the Rainey Street Bar district. Serving traditional northern and indian vegetarian and meat dishes, this indian restaurant is by far one of the most authentic yet affordable Indian restaurants in the Austin area. Its premier location is perfect for catching a drink at any one of the bars and pubs found around the area before heading to G’Raj Mahal for a satisfying snack or meal.
